Father: Carmello GRIMALDIObituary of Anna G Pulsifer
Farmington--Anna G Pulsifer, 85, a resident of Otis Street, Livermore Falls, dies Wednesday, Feb 25, 1998, at Franklin Memorial Hospital where she was a patient for 10 days. she had been a resident of Parkview Nursing Home for six weeks.
She was born Jan 28 1913 in Rive de Gier, France, the daughter of Carmello and Mary Notragiacomo Grimaldi. She received her education in Jay, Maine, schools.
She married Newell "Boots" Pulsifer of Minot on Oct 17, 1936, at Rosa of Lima Church in Jay.
They made their home in Farmingdale where they owned and operated Boots Convenience Store for several years. Mr. Pulsifer dies jan 5 1964. Anna sold the store in 1970 and moved back to Livermore Falls and resided on Otis Street.
She attended St Rosa of Lima Church. She enjoyed spending time cooking and entertaining for her family and friends and shopping for antiques.
She is survived by four sisters, Quintina Nemi of Jay, Rose Romano of Burlington, Mass., Lena Thibault of Slem, NH and Constance Knowles of Medford, Mass.; one brother, Joselph Grimaldi of Jay.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Antonio and Alexander "Sparky" Grimaldi and two sisters, Laura Rustrum and Louise Murray.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 am. Saturday at St Rosa Lima Church in Jay. Visiting hours 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Friday at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls, Spring interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Livermore Falls.
