Intro ~ Why Barefoot? ~ Anatomy ~ Mechanics ~ Going Barefoot ~ Contact ~ Links

Welcome to Practically Barefoot.

This site is designed to give you a better idea of what barefoot trimming is all about.  I hope to show you the practical side of barefoot--what the practice will do for your horse, what it means for you and what you can expect if you decide to take the plunge and pull the shoes.

I'd like to show you that barefoot can be a practical alternative to metal shoes and not just an over-the-top-all-natural esoteric exercise for the granola crowd and the desperate.

This site is designed to give you a brief overview of barefoot trimming and performance.  If you live in the San Francisco Bay area and are interested in having your horse trimmed, please go to the Contact page for more information.   If you would like to see some examples of my work click here, and also, please check out my story.
